Girls Empowerment Rising to Leadership is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping girls discover their voice, build confidence, develop leadership skills, and create positive change in their schools, families, and communities.

Mrs. Samantha Pecunia founded Girls Empowerment Rising To Leadership (R2L) with a vision to create a safe, supportive, and empowering space where girls can discover their strengths, build confidence, and develop the skills needed to become future leaders.
As an educator, mentor, and advocate for youth, Mrs. Pecunia is passionate about helping girls find their voice, believe in themselves, and reach their full potential. Through leadership development, community service, educational enrichment, public speaking, family engagement, and youth publishing opportunities, she is committed to preparing girls for success both inside and outside the classroom.
Under her leadership, Girls Empowerment Rising To Leadership has provided meaningful experiences that inspire girls to lead with confidence, serve with compassion, and make a positive impact in their schools and communities.
Mrs. Pecunia believes that every girl has the power to achieve greatness when given the tools, support, encouragement, and opportunities to grow.

Mrs. Jazmin Taylor serves as the Co-Leader of Girls Empowerment Rising To Leadership (R2L). She is dedicated to supporting and encouraging girls as they develop confidence, leadership skills, and positive character.Mrs. Taylor works alongside our leadership team to help create a welcoming and supportive environment where girls feel valued, respected, and empowered to reach their full potential.
